2. Free Tier
The Free tier has no cost and therefore no refunds apply. You can use the Free tier indefinitely to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Service outage: If the Service was significantly unavailable or non-functional for an extended period during your billing cycle due to issues on our end.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a processing error.
- Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization (you should also contact your bank/card issuer).
- First-time subscribers: If you subscribed to a paid plan for the first time and are unsatisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a refund, provided you have not exceeded reasonable usage during that period.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (content quality varies and is influenced by many factors including your prompts).
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date (you can cancel at any time before renewal).
- Usage limit consumption (using your allocated generation limits is normal usage, not grounds for a refund).
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Changes in pricing or features (you can cancel before changes take effect).
- Partial month usage (subscriptions are billed monthly; partial usage within a billing cycle is not prorated for refunds).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us through the platform within 14 days of the charge in question.
- Include your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason for your request.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Your subscription will be cancelled effective immediately upon refund.
- Your account will revert to the Free tier. You will retain access to your previously generated content.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks involve additional fees and a longer resolution process. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly through direct communication.

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
